Spending almost every weekend from the age of 16 doing triathlons, I began to feel the wear and tear of the sport on my body. I thought that a "little stretching would do me good". What I soon learned was how powerful my mind could become through the practice of yoga.
I have received some great coaching on breathing throughout the years, but nothing has compared to what yoga has taught me about the true beauty of the mind/body connection through the breath. And the physical strength and flexibility that has come through yoga is such a bonus! My intention for my classes is
that I can assist in helping others to find their practices physically healthy and challenging, but especially to find that meditative place where the breath has truly connected the mind and body.
