I discovered yoga in the late 1990's and was drawn to the full body strengthening as well as the peace and relaxation I found in my practice. I discovered through regular asana practice, breath work, and meditation; a sense of peace, serenity, and joy that hopefully extends beyond my mat. I find inspiration in all types of yoga.
I received my certificate in 2007 and have had the privilege of studying with many wonderful teachers. My teaching style is constantly evolving and growing. I hope to share the wonder, joy, humor, and adventure, I experience in yoga in each and every class. I encourage my students to be their own best teacher, tune into their own inner voice, and find their own precious path. I'm ever so grateful each and every time I step on my mat, to teach or practice. Eileen trained at North Shore Yoga. She has studied with, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, David Swenson, Seane Corne, and Richard Freeman to name a few.
I am fortunate to be able to share my passion for art in my clay classes for children in the area. I live locally with my four free-spirited children, my husband, and a menagerie of animals.
