Cassie Rogers
I was first introduced to yoga through my study and practice of Thai Massage in 2002. During my yoga teacher training at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, I studied prenatal yoga extensively making it my thesis topic and specialty as I anticipated my own pregnancy.
I was blessed in 2008 with my first pregnancy and baby girl. Teaching yoga to other expecting moms during my own pregnancy was profoundly special. I am thrilled to share the benefits that yoga offers to both women and their babies during this critical time in their lives.
