Yoga Basics
This class will appeal to those new to yoga and students interested in focusing on basic poses. If you're convinced that you're not flexible enough to do yoga, feel uncomfortable joining a class with "experienced yogis," or want to try yoga but have yet to take the first step, this class is designed specifically for you.
